Refund, Return, and Replacement Policy

At Kalpvrikh Shop, we take utmost care in delivering high-quality products. Since our products are perishable and customized, we follow a strict No Return and No Replacement Policy. However, we understand that unforeseen issues may arise. Therefore, we offer refunds and returns only under the following conditions:


1. Eligibility for Refund or Return

  • A refund or return request will be accepted only if:
    • The product received is damaged during transit.
    • The wrong product has been delivered to you.
  • To ensure a smooth refund or return process, we highly recommend customers record a video while unboxing the package as proof of any damage or incorrect product delivery.

2. How to Request a Refund or Return

If your order meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Attach the unboxing video and clear images of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • Provide your order ID, name, and contact details for verification.

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days.

3. Refund Process

  • For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallets, etc.).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or any other suitable method after verifying your bank details.

Refund processing time: 5-7 business days after approval.

4. Important Notes

  • No refund, return, or replacement will be accepted for reasons such as “change of mind” or “personal dislike.”
  • Claims without an unboxing video may not be considered.
  • Kalpvrikh reserves the right to approve or reject refund/return requests based on the provided evidence.
